TM1 announces that further to its announcement on 8 January 2024, that it had approved a £5 million Convertible Bond Facility with CLG Capital LLC, it has completed the drawdown of the first £1.0 million and in accordance with the terms of the facility, the Company issued CLG Capital LLC
